One thing is certain: I would not fold on the river, such a small bet. We only need a little bluffing frequency to make the call +ev.

Would call river as well he most likely has a Ax (weak kicker), Kx, gut shot T9o or pair smaller than board. We showed weakness and he is just trying to pick up.

Also his limp per-flop I would interpret as a weak play and therefore assume his bet on the end indicates that he is scared and less likely to have Ax hand.

Hello Skraggy,

No need to CB the flop in first place cause you ain't really getting called from a lot worse nor Kx/Ax isn't going to fold.

As played for the given odds you can as well even Call it down but neither folding ain't wrong if you assume him being passive and not betting with weaker hands.
