Hey,

Villain is a reg, has seemed pretty solid, 14/10 over 656 hands.

Some dynamics going on the table between us.

3bet 5% preflop (11/209), 3bet steal attempt 5% (3/62).

Squeeze 12% (4/34).

Maybe 10 hands before I watched him do the same type of squeeze on another player.

This seemed like a good spot to 4bet bluff him after it seemed he was trying to take advantage.

Bet size --> 50c ok? If he's calling my bluff then risk less money, if he's 3betting as a bluff he's folding to this anyway.

Thanks!

Hey Jim4rdo,

Theoretically it may be +EV, although probably not the greatest opponent to do it against if he's really playing 14/10.

Another thing to mention is hand selection. No point bluffing with hands like 33 when you will have hands that contain blockers which will be higher EV to 4bet in the long run.

As in hands like AT, KQ, AJ type hands which reduce his chances of pockets and stronger holdings yeah?

Thanks!
