this looks so weak.

donkbets usually means weakness but don't get too extended and try to exploit it every time. For me, here most times he is on 99/1010/JJ and is afraid of a higher overpair because of your 3-bet. Though, if we do raise with our AKs, we can't be sure whether he will fold his little overpair(especially on this limit) and we may end up being in a monster pot with ace high.
In a non 3-bet pot I'd raise here often, but in this case this is just too expensive and I don't think it's worth it.
I fold here most times, too.

I´d fold here also. You can´t call down A high and if you re-raise then most of the times he´ll call or shove.
