Raise or fold pf, initiative wins a ton of pots when you miss.

I like your line since you didnt raise pf and he has a hard time putting you on an A.

I´d mostly raise pf, don´t think you should fold if you don´t 3-bet
since opponent is middlestack and likely would get all-in with worse hands I´d raise flop and go with my hand
calling turn, betting river is ok line
