Just fold turn imo . You can`t really improve and u`ll have a hard time calling a river bet unless Q hits.

not really sure if that player is ever raising turn with weaker hands, but I would be tempted to call just min-raise, since he can easily raise small with his draw or maybe Tx hand that he wants to protect.
And if river is blank it sometimes goes c/c or he is making another small bet that you can call.
