Yeah, I totally like the way you played your hand. They are often just floating on flop anyways and could easily be any kind of draw also. Nice hand!

This hands of his range would call flop. We haven't enough equity to bet this turn and we don't know can he fold better hand here. Are you agree with me?

You can't think in game about such range or whatsoever. And also knowing the equity doesn't give us either that much and I wouldn't use it here to find out if 2nd barrel is profitable enough or not. The question either is which hands is that opponent capable of folding to 2nd barrel of those ranges. Oftentimes we could even widen up the range here. And I see them folding a lot of hands which they floated us on flop and also there are so many drawing hands which also pay us off, therefore the 2nd barrel should be profitable in long run.
