Preflop: With 2 limpers I'd definitely raise it bigger ~$0,24 at least while even being OOP you could add some.

Postflop: Well, kinda marginal to Call the river. I mean if I knew the opponent overall play then I could consider either to make the play this way or not. Most likely I'd even consider betting myself on river. If he is some kind of station-like guy who has high VPIP then we might even consider him having worse Ax hands.
