what can you suggest me in this situation ? fishy looking player way overbets, no draw could be completed by the river. any comments ?

Probably slowplayed set or smth. Or bluff - but its too expensive to find out. blockbet/fold is good here. Nice hand

Hi,

If you know he peels the flop somewhat light you can probably bet/fold that turn for value as he doesn't have to have Qx to call your c-bet, and giving up the initiative out of position makes it uncomfortable to play the turn when he bets into you.

As played on the river you'll see people overbetting with the nuts way more often than people overbetting with a bluff, he was likely slowplaying something strong or he just hit the river card with 99. Be glad that he is retarded, it will save you money when you have marginal hands and make you money when you have the nuts.
