Looks fine to me. Bet flop, get it in on the turn as he only has $0.70 left, you could have the best hand, and you could possibly re-draw to the best hand if he outdrew you. Assuming he has a ten without a heart, you have the 9 remaining hearts + any 5 for a total of 12 outs, giving you about 25% equity.

Against his stack seems to be pretty standard, I wouldn't play it much differently. Nice hand!
