How do you know villain is fish? Vs unknowns we have usually 2 ways to spot fish:
1) Stack size - less than 100bb but more than 50bb is usually a fish.
2) # off tables - 1 tabler is usually a fish

CO is likely a fish, I'd make the 3bet a bit bigger preflop to get more value.

vs a fish even with the Kxx flop I think we can get two streets of medium size value, would bet 60% on flop and turn and check back river. I would react to his minbet on the flop basically as if he had just checked to me. When we bet flop and turn we get value vs flush draws, lower pockets, gutshots and 8x, the majority of which fish calls 2 streets with.

It also makes our decisions very simple, if we get raised at any point its a fold, if he donkbets turn or river its a fold. I don't like just calling his flop minbet because it sets us up to bluffcatch (as its a decent spot for him to start bluffing on the turn as we look weak) and QQ is a strong bluffcatcher here, but the fish is not likely to be bluffing all that often, especially not on the river. so we usually just end up paying off better hands (I haven't seen results yet but guessing something like KJ here)
