Is a bet/call better here than the bet/raise?

I also don't know if my preflop raise was ok in that position, considering the players behind me.

Well.. PF the raise was a little loose.. but A-baby suited hands work very well in micro limits.. you do want as many people in as you can, tho.. so calling is usually better

You bet to make people fold there on the flop.. once you get called your fold equity is close to zero.. and FD with a middle pair is no favourite

You just call his raise and re-evaluate on the turn, you're probably calling anything below a pot-sized bet. You really want another one with you in the pot when you're drawing to the nut flush, because drawing in HU never gets the odds required..

Against aggressive player I´d go bet/3-bet, since he could shove with worse draws here+ I have enough fold equity+ I have enough equity when I´m behind. And it is hard him to put on set, since QQ would 3-bet and you hold 9, so that leaves 22 or Q9 that you´re mostly behind if money goes all-in on the flop.
