A hand I played today.
What would you do different?
OTF I could cbet, but decided to check behind IP. I think there's nothing wrong with it, especially because I didn't know the villain.
Turn call I think it's fine.
OTR I it the nutflush and it goes crazy.
Ideas?

fold to the shove. it's also likely that you should raise smaller

I like it until the river where indeed you seem a little optimistic about villain's ability to shove here without the straight flush, but then again it's NL5 so what do I know lol

I wouldn't be surprised if he shoved with the K high flush to be honest.
Don't you think it's super nitty to fold this hand?

Super nitty no, even if the fact that you raised so big doesn't help (I'd probably minraise).
Even at micros, people tend to clearly underbluff (and not value thin) 4-to-a-flush spots. Reraising shove a Kh especially when one or two straight flushes are possible would be really suicidal. It's possible villain is, being NL5 and all, but I wouldn't bet too much on that.

My raise was to 3.6 times his bet, is it considered to be a huge raise given the strength of my hand? I'm not being sarcastic guys.
Should I just call his 10bb bet OTR? Min-raise and fold to a shove?
I'm probably going to put this hand on "Hand of the Day" topic.

I know your raising size is "standard", it's because the spot is so pecular that I'd go for a minraise/fold approach. It's harder for villain to fold versus a minraise and easier for us to fold versus his shove then.

Didn't think of it in that way. Great point.

I don't understand why you call your hand the nutflush? someone with 3h or 8h beats you.
possible hands in his range that could beat you:33,88, 89s, T8s, J8s

1. I think you can cbet this flop. Qxx is nice to attack.
2. You do not hold the nut flush on river and I do not see a reason to get too excited about the river action.
3. I do not see him doing the push with KhX hand. Even fish knows it is behind in this situation.

I didn't know the nut flush wasn't called the nut flush anymore when a straight flush was possible.
Is it the same when the board pairs too ? Or with the nut straight when the board colours or pairs ? ?(

I have the nut flush with the ace.
Those hands are straight flushes.
At least, that was the thing the l ast time I checked.

But a straight-flush is still a flush right? But I understand what you're saying and in terminological terms you are probably right.

It doesnt matter. I think I have to call this just to see his cards and have a story to tell the kids :-P
I have an interesting twist:
What do you do here if you have the 3 of hearts instead of the ace?

why fold turn here? After checked flop villain could just stabbed for the dead pot. Hero will be ahead many times.

I respectfully disagree. I have the nutflush-draw, two overcards and position over him. You can't fold this hand OTT.
If you're talking about the 3 of hearts hipotetic situation that I've mentioned, elaborate your thought process please. Thanks

Dude the Thays dealer os such a MF.
O would cbet OTF, Q seems a good card to do so.
Maybe on the heat of the moment i would reraise OTR, but calling his bet os probably the right thing to do.
I would call de too OTT.

Don't fold turn.

River-I am in the raise smaller/even minraise camp too.

The fold turn was based on the question: What do you do here if you have the 3 of hearts instead of the ace? ( I already answered your OP)

In this case I would fold because you have the weakest straight draw and would hit a weak flush, unless you hit 5h, which is just 2.5%
