I think you made a mistake on the flop. In general people are passive, so I would lead here myself. Other good option is to check-raise this drawy board, as any diamond, T or 6 could kill the action. And people will most likely call you off here with any decent hand.

Same goes with the turn - now you just give good odds for them to outdraw you. Raise on the flop and you would have had total control over the hand, and you would have gotten value from any draw.

Bet the flop or at least check raise. Same goes for turn. OTR when the board pairs it is the worst time to start betting.

x/c @ flop is ok for me cause i am not the preflop-agressor and the size is for me "ok" as well.
@ the turn the bet of mp is really small but I feel like having the nuts and do not want to make all hands folding.
@ the river I make a strong bet and hope the fish will call me. Would you fold the raise vs him?

This is multiway and you have the nuts so x/c is not ok for you. You have to bet. When you check and villain bets why just call when you can extract more money out of him.
Turn opens a flush draw, you have to protect your hand and also get more value out of him.
River raises are very often for value and villain definitely has full houses here, I would fold.

Man, You made me feel bad. How many lost opportunities to make a bet/raise ...
I would start betting on flop. We are mw, we have the nuts and we have a drawy board, on which we will get much calls.

I'll give my answer of how'd I'd play each street different than you did:

PF: All good, super ok.
F: c/r because I'd expect any of them to bet that coordinated board even if it's just for protection.
T: That bet is SUPER small (less than 1/3 of the pot), and there's an extra diamond there. There are so many river cards could kill the action and would be terrible for us: Any Q, 9, 8 or 7 would turn this into a ugly spot to be OOP. Plus T's and J's could make with either a bad straight (vs KJ or KT for example, the latter which could be in his range for sure), or a split like AT AJ type of hands. Since sizing is small it's usually weak made hands or a bet to try capping the action, so that's a definite raise..
R: When you lead here OOP you must always ask yourself: "What worse would be calling me here?" Because if that bet is for value, you need to work the whole thought process, a.k.a "actually playing poker" of what villain has here that would pay off your straight. As said before any pair or diamond there I'd just c/c at most without info on villain.
