Preflop: Hero is UTG with J♥: T♥:

CO is Nitty fish, BTN is 59/18.

Situations like these are awkward for me. I am OOP with a good hand in multiway spot. I know I probably have to bet the flop they will call me with any pair probably, there is lot of straight draws as well and even overcards.
The confusing part for me comes on the turn. I know I do not have two streets of value here.
Should I maybe bet less on the flop to keep wider ranges in and bet small again on the turn? Is it ever good idea to start by checking on the flop? (I dont think so) What about betting the flop and check calling the turn?

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion board. There fits it better.

JTs is a decent hand for open pre-flop, but most likely the bottom of my ranising range from UTG. Post-flop seems decent to Cbet with top pair decent kicker with a fish still in. On the turn I would most likely check/call 1 street. I doubt there aren't to many weaker hands the CO will call the flop what you beat and fold the river unimproved.

Cheers,

I'd check/call the turn and make river decisions depending on the card and the action on the turn. If you bet the turn again you're representing a higher part of your range and I think you're often only getting called by better.

turn is mostly a check/call. getting raised sucks, we have redraw equity... flop might be a mix, too.

This is not a favorable board for UTG. I don't see what he calls a double barrel and checks-back OTR with that you still beat (yes, because turning this into a triple barrel is over-aggression for sure). Being raised sucks like they said, you are OOP etc.
Overall, I think it was overplayed.
