what do u think about the overall bet sizes?, how do u play that river?

As played river I call, if only because your weird sucker bet on the river could have induced something. Bet bigger or nothing.
Also you could bet a little bigger on the turn.

something like .22 OTT and 2/3 OTR and fold vs raise?

Yes for the sizings but maybe no for the fold to a raise. I don't really know, though spot.

River bet is strange indeed. Good players will this as a gold oportunity to raise you.
I see no problem in betting bigger. Board keeps getting dry every street.

River raise is nuts. No matter what, fold. People don't usually bluff raise rivers.

OTT bet bigger because, what can he really fold here? weak draws maybe, pocket pairs. Top pairs will of course pay you off, as well as better draws + pairs.

OTR I would fold as played.
