Raise to at least 6x pre, I prefer 7x and then just jam flop when SB checks. With those stack sizes, the SPR is going to be close to 2 so just jam it in and put them to the test.
I would most likely make it 10c in total , but 12 or 14c makes not to much difference against most likely 2 fishy players. As played I would just go for the big bet on the flop of around 20c and a shove for value on the turn. They can easy call with worse I think and if 1 of them has better it's to bad.
