Hero (SB): $5.05 (101 bb)
BB: $19.92 (398.4 bb)
MP: $5 (100 bb) 20/17 H:55
CO: $5 (100 bb)
BTN: $5.05 (101 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q♦: T♦:
MP raises to $0.15, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.55, BB folds, MP calls $0.40

Flop: ($1.15) 4♠: T♣: K♠: (2 players)
Hero bets $0.70, MP raises to $1.75, Hero folds

Results:

Spoiler

$2.55 pot ($0.11 rake)
Final Board: 4♠: T♣: K♠:
Hero mucked Q♦: T♦: and lost (-$1.25 net)
MP mucked and won $2.44 ($1.19 net)

Preflop i 3bet as a bluff.
On the flop i cbet as i would do with air probably too, but here i can get also some value from weaker hands(FD, gutshots) and i protect my hand.
OOP i dont like to play against his raise so i decide to fold. The raise size is kinda small not reprsenting much, but my hand is to weak to continue i guess.
Was it nitty?

I don't think villain is bluffing that often. We have some strong hands in our range such as AK, KK, TT, maybe KQ. Though I do think villain is check-raising here with FD's a lot of the time.

I think we would be wasting money if we called here. We are folding on almost all turn cards if villain bets, except for T♥:, Q♥: or Q♣:. We may continue if J or A lands OTT, but these cards smash the villains range.

It depends on player but i think as general play OOP here will be better check/call flop and bet if we look for free on turn if FD is not completed.
Why?
As you can see FD or Combo draw here will be 2bet/call our bet he will never fold FD or Combo draw here(our protect is leakable to 2bet we are OOP)
He will never fold K too check is easier and for better cost in long term.
If he dont bet i think we can delete from his range AJo+, AA, KK, QQ and we can protect vs missed draws on the Turn
If draws complete we can check/call as bluffcatch from his Straight draws and Ts or we can play check/fold all depends on player ahead we will play...
