I would call I don't see how the BB blind could call on the flop without a draw or a jack, most of the draws missed apart from a back door straight draw with KQ of spades, maybe JJ but you'd expect that to raise the flop on a wet board

I would call there too. He has KQ in his range but he might do this with many 2 pair hands too.

but is he 3b jamming 2p here? i feel most recreational players (i assume from stack size and line) would just call even with top2 on that river, as well as XC flop and turn with AJ, you could have an idea though from stats post like how much he is CB IP, if he can have some combos of AJ there.
never folding though he is representing couple of combos KsQs, maybe KcQc and some Q9 (9s7s if he is fishy might call pre that too). But i agree with nitrol you could just call river you might lose some value but its not a mega profitable spot for you anyways

Yea but in this case hero checks back OTT which might induce villain to bluff more OTR.
