I was struggling with NL2 when I entered UpswingPoker, now I'm playing poker for living at NL100 winning more than $1,000/day simply following the basic strategy of the lab plus avoiding fast fold tables. With the lab strategy you could easily reach WRs higher than 10 bb/100 or even more than 15 bb/100 on NL2. And by the way, I don't use any HUD.I will give you a few tips to get over from microstakes:
(1) Try to use all your advantages, and don't overestimate your skill edge. Even at NL100 I see a lot of "regs" who play 6 or even more tables at once, yet they are losing or break even players, and the key reason is they go too far from the equilibrium. Like one guy who Cold 5B jam vs my 4B with 55 because he saw me 4Betting with K6s. So, even if I bluff a little more than usual players, it doesn't mean you can profitable Cold 5B bluff. Snowie would only go with AA against me on that spot, so maybe he could consider KK+, but generally speaking 55 was absurd. Even an A5s would be more reasonable than simply 55.
(2) So, as you can't beat the house, you should avoid rake by playing aggressively preflop. Many microstakes beginners Don't 3B enough and call too much, so end up wasting money on the rake. Play like Snowie by using balanced ranges with pot size bets and you will see less flops and more money on your wallet. From time to time someone will insult you for playing this "awkward bet sizes for todays games" but at the end of the day you will see your bankroll growing. I still laugh about when I was on NL10 and one guy who wrote me "sick bet sizings, maybe you should consider go back to NL5 or NL2 fish". The funny thing is that was exactly that they when I reached my bankroll goal for NL25 and now I play at NL100 and he is still "grinding" at NL10. So, playing a preflop solution will give you a HUGE EDGE because of card advantage and skill at the same time.
(3) Avoid fast fold tables, they have proportionally less fish to reg ratio. And even fishes play a little better than normal fish at those games, because they don't have to wait for the hands they like, so they fold more preflop, therefore playing tighter and righter.
(4) Avoid playing more tables than you can REALLY handle. You should be able to take a few seconds on every hand if you need. Not just pressing buttons like a monkey without thinking.
(5) Forget about HUD, you don't need it at Micros. Even at NL100 I don't use any HUD, and I'm doing pretty well. There is a lot of fishes who deviates way too much from the equilibrium at my stake, so I don't give a shit about HUDs.
(6) Don't replicate the solution, understand the solution and see how you can use it on your advantage. For example, from a GTO perspective I should RFI from BU with 22 A4 K8 X9 K2S Q5S X7S 96S 64S 54S. BUT, once I've realicen that I was over realizing my equity from BU and villains were 3Betting less than Snowie I've started opening wider from BU and SB adding more EV. For now I open also A2 K5 X8 Q2s J5s X5s and depending on my results maybe the next week I will open a little bit wider.

I don’t study at upswinglab, I study at pokercoaching. What is snowie exactly and what is the difference between snowie and gto pre-flop charts?
I’m in the middle of studying a course on pokercoaching called “how to beat 6max” and after looking back at this hand I agree we should 3-bet pre-flop.
Have you tried other training site? What type of stuff does upswing labs offer to players who are in and around 2nl, is there a-lot of useful content for these stakes?Is any of the content any different than any of the other training sitea out there? I am right now just trying to implement a solid GTO strategy and deviate based on opponents, is this what you did aswell?
