It is ok played. I prefer shoving as it is more plus EV in the long run.

This looks fine.
River raises are usually so strong that villain will not call even a small raise with a weak hand. So shove should be more +Ev as nitrol said.

I'd keep betting hoping he either thinks that the A is good for him (since there are fewer for you to have) or that he has the case A. That is, I'd be aiming for his stack, not trying to nip off small potential bluffs when holding nuts. Wrong hand for that.
