SB: $39.77 (79.5 bb)
BB: $54.28 (108.6 bb)
UTG: $46 (92 bb)
MP: $94.10 (188.2 bb)
CO: $55.01 (110 bb)
Hero (BTN): $94.01 (188 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K♥: A♦:
3 folds, Hero raises to $1.25, SB raises to $4.25, BB folds, Hero raises to $10, SB calls $5.75

Flop: ($20.50) 7♥: 8♣: T♠: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($20.50) J♦: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks

River: ($20.50) 4♣: (2 players)
SB bets $9.50, Hero folds

Preflop: SB plays 25/25 in 17 hands and is most likelly a recreational when not full-stacked. Decided to 4bet and get it in.

Flop: Not sure should I cbet this flop. Maybe I could make a small cbet for protection, since I might have the best hand.

Turn: Not a good card, because he could have Jx and 9x. I don't see worse hands calling nor better folding.

River: I think folding is the best. He is most likelly not doing it with AQ. I don't think I can bluff shove here profitably.

The stack dynamic is nasty if you Cbet, because if you bet like $10 you are committed on a shove. Than you need to call only $19 more if he shoves. I would check it down as well and he could have a decent amount of pairs in his range that doesn’t fold on a Cbet I think.

I would definitely 4bet bigger, sth like 25-27bb, because I think he will call the same range with bigger sizing.
The rest of the hand is fine imo.

Maybe we can make that fact work for us? I would do a small cbet of about $8 giving villain a sign that we are committing ourselves by this bet. No chance of bluffing for him. But checking 3 streets on a 4bet pot with AK is a bit weak in my opinion.

This villain probably won't care if you are committed or not ^^
