Hi,

Raise the flop for value against whatever top pairs/overpairs he has, we're jamming over a 3-bet with a smile on our face all day long, $1.7 sounds good.

As played bet bigger on the turn, he probably isn't folding JJ/QJs/KQs/AQ yet, sometimes nit have KK+ too in that spot and will check/call pretty much any bet, and he might call again with all sorts of KJ/hearts draws. I'd go up to $1.3 minimum.

As played on the river flushdraws got there, QJs beats you too and a 13/9 with JJ/KQs/AQ/KK+ probably won't hero call that river on a 3-flush 4-straight board. You'd need to be pretty confident he can check/call all those top pairs/overpairs hands on the turn instead of betting them and could also call a smallish river valuebet to venture into trying to get value again on that card.
