The question is what his calling range / 3bet range SB vs CO might be ? Is he 3betting hands like AJo+, ATs+ ? He's not 100bb thus we can assume he's a weaker/recreational player so we probably can expect him to call some of the stronger Ax. Bottom line I would bet this river rather 1/2 but since he might be a weaker player calling here every Ax, bigger bet seems fine.

I think vs unknown this is just fine.

Against a player that is most likelly a fish (considering his stack size) I would play bet/bet/bet with the size of ~70%. He would pay us off with alot of worse top pairs and maybe even worse hands.

Vs SS calling you off this way on this board we can try to commit ourselves with such a strong hand so these bets are definitely fine IMO.

Yes. Bet flop big, turn smaller and river smallest (if at all). In other words, exactly the opposite. He might even call flop with as little as a gut shot because of implied odds. Implied odds drop street by street. This is why you typically should bet a smaller percentage on later streets than early ones.

Playing what you think is "deceptively" with TPTK through bet sizing will fool only yourself.
