If there is no higher flush out there you probably have a chance of ~33% to win here so that might be neutral EV.
But you can play with that in pokerstove (free) or some equal small app.

I personally do not like neutral EV, but I guess it makes you harder to play against when you call these.

On a side note. Why not just call the flop bet?
It's a 3way pot with an under the gun opener. SB seems week and might just call or fold. Now you risking a shove.

But again, my 2NL wisdom.

I would just call the flop. I don't see any reason to raise, especially in multiway spot, we haven't nuts, but only Fd+Gs. We can still fold on some bad turns and safe our money. And raise if came heart or J. On this shoves I don't know how odds we get, but I think it's a fold because of rake.

I think I would fold here once the sb shoves. It's a 3-way pot, and someone just 4-bet an UTG raise and a 3-bet. Although we have a lot of outs, I'm not sure I wanna go into this situation.

I agree. After two players shove over the top of you, I think it’s time to fold with this hand.

Rule Number 1: Don't raise when you can't rep shit

Only strong hand you have is 66/A6s. You should probably slowplay all of your strong hands on this texture. You virtually never have AK/AA/KK here. It's so easy to put you on a combodraw when you raise here.
