Hero should bet the river since villain will often check behind with worse hands than hero's straight. The bet on river is for value (with two pairs he was likely to call). The only better hand is AQ with which MP2 would raise preflop.

Isolate weak limpers by raising 2$ pf.
You want value for worse hands you have no reason believe that you don´t hold the best hand.
c/c or c/f river is better.
MP2 raised you on the turn. Why should we bet into player who has shown strenth on the turn on limped pot.

Edit: didn´t notice that we hit straight on the river. Then we should lead out to get value for two pair or Kx hands, since he´d often check behind, since board is too scary to valuebet.

MP2 has shown strenth raising turn. Why you think that we are ahead when he pots river and we don´t improve.
Here hero hit straight, so here you´re right: ofcourse we would not fold and should lead out, since two pair or Kx hands would now check behind.
