I have this hand uploaded to BOOM! player. Can you guys give me some advices for it?
I know my first mistake was not 3betting preflop, but once you are involved in this multiway pot, how would it be your approach?

Normal it's better to post a converted hand history on our forum, but this isn't to bad.
Pre-flop you could indeed 3bet, but if you think the UTG player is tight a call in position isn't so bad.
On the flop after his pot size lead I would shove all-inn against the SB. I expect he will never fold and you want maximum value of his draws. That's the same for the turn when the backdoor flush option is in play as well.
The river is fine and it's unlucky you walked in to bad, but this is a cooler for me.

Not 3betting TT BU vs UTG isn't a "mistake". Or I do that mistake every day too and manage to survive with it for now.
You could have raised on the flop maybe, and definitely on the turn, but whatever. It's a cooler, he'll often have J9 and you can't fold top set. That's poker.
Flat pre is ok. Don't blow the pot and you have position, so it's more than fine.
I'd throw raise OTF or OTT, trying to put all of it in the middle. You played to passively imo.
The rest is standard, this is a cooler.
Im actually not sure if i would 3bet pre, it would depend on info i had on the original raiser, so the call is ok.
Seing the result its now obvious the villain was trying to protect his hand from the FD, but since we dont know that i would have reraise OTF.
