Villain is really tight. I would most likely Cbet a little bit smaller on both streets. 7c on flop and around half pot on turn is big enough I think. Now I would most likely fold the turn. You have 4 outs for a straight, but even than you could be splitting if you hit.

We cannot make asuumptions on villain on only 40 hands. So he is like unknown to us.
Vs unknown I would fold vs the raise.

Hello,

Raise on the turn is usually for value most of the time, that card completes some straights and several double combos; more being a villain who tends to NIT.
