Since you are so deep here you can consider 3betting flop as well. You don't have to make it very big either but remember you have a lot of money to play for behind.

First we have to think what he represent by raising so small here. Then we have to think what you represent by 3betting and by calling. If we do think his range is polarised and very very air heavy, therefore we get a lot from his bluffs and decide to call, why do we not follow that plan on the turn and raise instead of calling? That means instead of getting 2 bets from bluffs we got only one. What would his calling range vs our raise be anyway? Do you think he calls Jx? How weak Qx would he call/have in his range?

On the river, what do you want to get called by when you shove? You represent Qx very well so you almost never get value. Give some more thougts on this please, quite interesting hand, should make for a good discussion.

I only have 100 hands on him and it's rush. Seems reggy, on the passive side so far.
A flop raise can indeed include all the nuts, oesds like KT/T9, some air bluffs, some A-highs and low pockets not willing to calldown. May be KJ for thin value. Sizing probably favors nuts (I mean KQ QJ QT Q9) so it's polarised but value-heavy, so I guess you're right about the 3bet, we only fold occasional KJ and bluff out. We do represent exactly a queen though, so there's a chance he folds with QT.
As played though, a c/r turn does pretty much the same to his range as a 3b flop. I don't expect him to call anything other than Q9-QK, but we beat that and need money in the pot.
River is pretty much irrelevant, either push or c/c, same range, split like 100%.

I hate R play.

Focus on F raise and T bet size. Can easily be Jx for thin value. His T thought process can easily be "so many GSs OESDs around, I dont look strong by minraising F and small betting T, I need to call Jx, he doesnt rep much really.

Also, so afew AdTd, Td9d, AdTd ... combos around. He could play exactly the same.

Jx doesnt call overbet push on R. Busted draws dont call. So either check/call vs those busted draws that are clearly in his range. Or bet a smaller amount vs Jx. If you check, Jx should even valuebet on this limit often I think because he wont give you credit for checking Qx on the R.
