I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum. There fits it better.
I recommend removing the outcome next time or put it in a spoiler.
Also your own though process would be interesting.

At a full ring cash game I would just fold A4s pre-flop. The change your are dominated is decent and is always tough to fold top pair post-flop. As played this is just a cooler on the turn. Off course the UTG+1 player has at least a ace in his/her range, but 99 is really nasty.
