Ok, here we go. My first hand (2) posted on the forum. The next step on learning poker. This two are real exemples showing that Hero was very scared (o dear, what a Hero :) ). Why? Maybe little tilt (my AF this week is over 2.0, so I'm not such a passive player).

First hand:

Known players: (for a description of vp$ip, pfr, ats, folded bb, af, wts, wsd or hands click here)
[tg]Position_Stack:hands/vp$ip/pfr/af/wts/ats/foldbb/w$sd;UTG+1$12.09:116/28/12/1.3/28/18/0/43;CO$9.60:46/26/7/0.3/33/25/0/100;Hero$9.80:///////;[/tg]
0.05/0.10 No-Limit Hold'em (9 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with K♦, K♣. MP2 posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG+1 raises to $0.40, UTG+2 folds, Hero raises to $1.30, 2 folds, CO calls $1.30, 3 folds, UTG+1 calls $0.90.

Flop: ($4.15) 2♦, J♣, 4♣ (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero checks, CO checks.

First mistake. Check(?) I'm not sure why I did this.
Turn: ($4.15) 7♠ (3 players)
UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $2, CO calls $2.00, UTG+1 folds.

Bigger bet?
River: ($8.15) 6♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50.

Bet/fold opr check/raise?
Final Pot: $15.15

Second one:

Preflop: Hero is BU with A♥, A♦. CO posts a blind of $0.10.
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $0.30, 5 folds, Hero raises to $1.00, SB calls $0.95, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $0.70.

Flop: ($3.20) 8♦, K♠, J♥ (3 players)
SB bets $1, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls $1.00.

Call?. I had read "Pot control" article few hours before hand :) . Yes I know. I should raise.
Turn: ($5.20) 3♥ (2 players)
SB bets $5.40, Hero folds.

Probably I'm behind or he is only drawing (his AF is only 0.1)? What is the right move after this mistake?
Final Pot: $10.60

Hand1: I'd bet flop ~$3.5, check/call turn and bet 1/2 pot on the river.
Hand2: I would raise ~$4 on the flop and call on the turn. As played I would call his turn bet, he clearly wants u to fold with this over pot size bet, that's why u should call. I don't think that this AF is correct, might be an error from Grabem.

1) bet flop + bet/fold turn.

2) raise flop + bet turn. as played push turn. folding is unacceptable and calling comitts you anyway.

Hello Peter87
Hand1- Agree with bet flop, but why bet/fold turn? Why not bet/call ?
I wouldn´t fold KK on this board. His pf raise does eliminate small pockets, so the only hand that could beat us would be JJ

1. I'd also suggest to bet/call - often enough you are ahead.

2. Raise Flop, Bet/call Turn.
