$0.25/$0.50 No Limit Holdem

Pre-Flop: ($0.75, 6 players) gAsheks is BTN
1 fold, Player5 raises to $1, Player6 calls $1, gAsheks raises to $5, 2 folds, Player5 calls $4, Player6 folds

Flop: ($11.75, 2 players)
Player5 checks, gAsheks bets $5, Player5 calls $5

Turn: ($21.75, 2 players)
Player5 checks, gAsheks checks

River: ($21.75, 2 players)
Player5 bets $10.38, gAsheks calls $10.38

Both villains are unknowns.

Do we squeeze? I think 2x open + call most likely is weakness.

Main question is about flop cbet. Its better to cbet or go for bluff catching mode?

pre flop - ok

flop - i like the smaller 40% bet size here. the board is relatively dry, only a few straight draw combinations and our hand is not exactly strong enough for 3 big streets of value. and we dont mind straight draws calling.

if we want to check back and bluffcatch, this is a good hand to do it because its about the worst hand that can continue against an UTG range. but is he donking out bluffs often enough on the turn when we check back?

or is he making the mistake of calling too wide pre flop for example calling a hand like QJ QT?

most of the time they make the mistake of calling too wide on the flop rather than bluffing too much on the turn so ill just go ahead and fire a small bet on the flop like you did.

turn - why check here? although 9 completes the 67, it hits his range, but usually improves most of his hand but still behind ours, so we still can bet here for value maybe 8-10 dollars?

river - call of course, hes not representing much and pairing card reduces the probability he has a strong hand.
