PokerStars Zoom, Hold'em No Limit - $0.01/$0.02 - 6 players
Hand delivered by Upswing Poker

UTG: $2.76 (138 bb)
MP: $5.65 (283 bb)
CO: $7.26 (363 bb)
BU (Hero): $2.00 (100 bb)
SB: $2.61 (131 bb)
BB: $3.01 (151 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with 8 J
3 players fold, Hero raises to $0.06, 1 fold, BB calls $0.04

Flop: ($0.13) 6 5 J (2 players)
BB bets $0.09, Hero calls $0.09

Turn: ($0.31) 3 (2 players)
BB bets $0.24, Hero calls $0.24

River: ($0.79) 9 (2 players)
BB bets $0.51, BU (Hero) folds

You can argue about the preflop raise. Maybe I should just let this one go.
anyway, what do you do afterwards?

Without any info on the villain in this hand I would consider to fold the turn already with top pair weak kicker. Not sure what villain would achieve with leading flop on a dry board like this.

Hello,

If the villains don't defend blindly, it's ok J8o on BTN
You're blocking villain's part of the bluffing range, hands like 78, 89, still a call flop.
Turn, I would pay because there are recres that usually play middle pairs like this and abandon the river or make the typical 1bb donk.
River without more data is a fold.
Folding turn doesn't seem bad to me either from what SDK says, our kicker is dominated.

I don't mind stealing with this, if I know the BB is folding to much, but as played I would fold on the flop.

Folding flop seems really tight. You hit 1 of the best flops you can have. I expect you give villain credit for top pair or better right away.

But the turn card does not change much anything, apart from some completed draws that are barely possible holdings.

I'm normally only doing this vs specific villain, someone I've played with a bunch and I can steal their blind with any 2. If this was against one of those players, I would just drop it on the flop as I know they won't bet into me light.
