villain 22/14, opens 45% otb, 70hands, 70%fcb

not sure how to approach this spot, basically would it be better to donk or c/r and why?

SB: $121.05 (242.1 bb)
Hero (BB): $78.60 (157.2 bb)
UTG: $115.64 (231.3 bb)
MP: $50 (100 bb)
CO: $236.15 (472.3 bb)
BTN: $290.12 (580.2 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T♥ 8♥ Q♠ A♠
3 folds, BTN raises to $1.50, SB folds, Hero raises to $4.75, BTN calls $3.25

Flop: ($9.75) T♣ 7♠ 4♠

Hi,

you've 3bet pre so you can't donk. I would always cbet this board; with a c/r we can't get our entire stack in otf; on the other hand we have a nutty draw +tptk+backdoor straightdraws, so we are happy getting it in here, and we will get value from worse draws, so betting seems like the natural play here.

Regards,

Skod
