PokerStars - €0.02 PL Hi FAST (6 max) - Omaha Hi - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BTN: 54.5 BB (VPIP: 61.13, PFR: 36.23, 3Bet Preflop: 10.81, Hands: 500)
Hero (SB): 220.5 BB
BB: 292.5 BB (VPIP: 27.91, PFR: 9.63, 3Bet Preflop: 2.25, Hands: 306)
UTG: 192 BB (VPIP: 44.24, PFR: 1.38, 3Bet Preflop: 3.49, Hands: 222)
MP: 299.5 BB (VPIP: 37.09, PFR: 6.40, 3Bet Preflop: 2.20, Hands: 1,330)
CO: 147 BB (VPIP: 18.51, PFR: 10.50, 3Bet Preflop: 3.25, Hands: 3,046)

Hero posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 4♣ A♠ 5♣ 7♠

fold, MP raises to 3 BB, CO calls 3 BB, BTN calls 3 BB, Hero calls 2.5 BB, fold

Flop: (13 BB, 4 players) 4♥ 8♦ 6♠
Hero bets 10.5 BB, MP raises to 44 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 33.5 BB

Turn: (101 BB, 2 players) J♦
Hero checks, MP bets 96 BB, ??

Flop: Vilain X/R only 2%. So i assume he has at least the same hand. I have spade BDNFD but no redraw so I just call. (I would fold without the backdoor)
Turn: crushed against T975 or XdXd75 and splitting against the rest. No room to bluff anything river because of the SPR and my position so I fold.

You folded nuts on the turn?

First the flop. When you bet, what would you want to happen? When they fold, its not good. Now when someone raises, it’s not good. If they call, there are a lot of turns that you don’t like. And if you bet, you have to play the river with bluff catcher most of the times.

I would much rather check the flop, and raise if someone bets. That way you can get the money in on the turn and forget the nasty river situation.

As played, of you give opponent a range, are you sure that you don’t have the equity to continue? His range is 75xx.

As played flop call is fine, and then donk pot of board pairs on the turn. Here I would call and donk all flushing/pairing/7,9,T,Q rivers.
