PLO10
Limped pot- 6handed
BB has 7♥:2♥:K♦:K♣:
Flop:As:K♠:7♦:
SB and BB check, UTG (440bb) Bet 1bb, Bu raises to 6.2bb (75%) BB calls, everyone else folds
6♦:
BB check, BU double barrels pot BB?
After the bet SPR is 6.3. If I raise pot the SPR will be 1 OTR. I'm conflicted here, because BU is loose and so I think I will be missing a lot of value by just calling OTT. He does not have :Ax::Ax: (does not limp it). But I do lack visibility. BU is not super aggressive, but he is capable of bluffing. I could also stack lower sets, maybe 2PR+FD. My  says raise but my mind says call

2nd hand 256bb eff
UTG opens, CO 3bets:9h:J♥:K♣:8♣:
Flop 7♣:4♦:K♥:, UTG checks, BU bets 33%, UTG raises 100%, BU calls
Turn:7d: SPR 2
UTG bets 100bb (100%)
I have seen aggressive players like him, who once they start blasting they can't slow down especially OOP. According to PPT if his range is (kk,k7,k4,77,44,56), I have an easy call, any tighter and It's a fold.

Would not mind leading flop to potentially open some bet-3bet possibilities. As played don't mind x-c either. On turn we need to go for x-raise though and accept that we will get into some tough river decisions. We just leave way too much value on table in spot where our set is likely always good.

Second hand 77 and 65 combos seem very unlikely. There are some wrap stuff from flop that we don't block that much not having A, Q or T. We just need to go with the spot imo having gs as well and those reads. Sucks though that we didn't get bdfd realization on turn that would have made it easy stack off. But again we also unblock those AQT combos which we do fairly nice against.

Oh crap! Sorry I wrote the flop card OTF. I corrected it now. it was 7♣: not J♦:

Ah ok well that changes the hand completely. I would check flop being so deep. With 100bb stacks we can bet-stack off but here we should be more selective. Hand is simply too mid strength for bet with this SPR.

As played we probably have to call raise. Villain turn sizing is pretty weird for pairing card. E.g. if he has boat why to use pot size with SPR 2? Anyway I think it's time to fold as our hand is just low in our range at this point. Only way I would continue is by having some read on this pot bet being often semi bluff. But it can also be recreational player being bit too happy of his hand.

+1

I don´t fully get the second hand... We are 3betting as CO but on the flop we are the BU? As a 3bettor ip I think I check-back too realize my backdoors and potcontrol, as played I think we have to give up ott, it is one the worse cards for us if he is doing crazy stuff like check-raising his AAxx.

At SRP (SPR13), the TP hand class mixes between betting and checking. So naked TP checks, but if I had to guess TP with 2bdfd is a good betting candidate. Here it's a 3bet pot so ranges are tighter, and at SPR10 so I guess I need to bet more polar hands?

I think good point to ask in general is if I get raised do I have easy decision? In this case we have hand that imo gets into really gray area in this scenario. Doesn't mean that solver would not potentially bet and make marginal call or fold to raise though.

But if unsure I would think about facing raise, turn playability with check and how often can we continue aggression in case we get called after cbet:

- As said above facing raise gets us into gray area.
- We do have good turn playability with check having all bd draws, non paired hand and top pair
- Good amount of turns where further aggression is possible but somewhat deep SPR will still force us to be bit careful.

So yeah I don't think it's huge difference in EV with flop check or bet. Lack of strong kicker with top pair could also play some role. You mention villain being aggro which could mean we get raised bit more than on average and that is definitely not what we want to happen.

Well trainer wise interestingly this sort of combo bets 50% of time 200bb deep and pretty much always check 100bb deep:

But yeah with two bdfd our hand is more viable cbet. But EV is running very close with both options.
