imo you could either go broke or fold here - even though you'll be up against QQ rather often, there's also a lot of wrap draws that would shove the flop

BU's raise looks really strong here since he raises into two people who showed interest in the pot, so i think you'll be up here against topset most of the time. from my experience, only very few players play their draws aggressively on the microstakes, so you will get shown QQxx here too often.

true, I overlooked the microsteak aspect - so I agree, fold is best

but they can also do this with bottom set or even top 2 pair.

I don't know which site you're playing at( actually I do) but at party the minimum PLO is 25 and I've had players 3 barrelling at me with ACE HIGH when I held the 2nd best hand people don't know how to play for crap and basically try to go all in with AAxx overpair on the flop sometimes no matter the texture.

I'd go broke here every single time at this limit

I played a couple of times here at PLO10 on pokerstars, and I agree, there's plenty of idiots betting with nothing.. in this case BU was a guy I saw at PLO tables already, and i had a note he knows what he's doing. That's why i gave him credit...
Even if i admit the temptation to call was that strong.. ;)
