Sample size is small on him, but I would most likely fold the flop as PLO fish with only top pair Q kicker on almost a pot size bet.

Cheers,

On the BU this open is a little marginal but still okay. For example I would fold hands like Q♠:T♦:5♠:2♦: or Q♠:T♦:4♠:3♦: without :7x: working as a second multi-gapper to the :Tx: until I have the information how BB tends to defend his blind. There are some few double-suited hands which can be folded from the BU.

You can fold on the flop with the bare pair and without an accompanying flushdraw. We are quite dominated against his bet-calling range and we should not expect to villain to c-bet fold a lot here. Without a weak-medium draw I would start to go broke with at least bottom-2pair like naked :6x: :5x: when villain is loose-aggressive.

On the turn you overplayed your hand aswell. You have 4 outs against a flush which is bad situation to get stacks in. It is a typical reverse implied odds situation which is another reason to fold the flop if you are not capable folding later on.
