Villain seems kind of straightforward recreational. Has been fairly tight preflop wise. No specific reads postflop but I assumed his range will be quite capped here checking flop and turn. Now my range will also be capped after flop check but turn does open good amout of potential stuff that I could have after flop check.

So blocking 7 and having 99 as future blockers I decided to stab but maybe this is too wide without any form of straight draw? Not having spade could be issue here.

River is not perfect but I do have way more 65. Villain can have A5 for sure but I also block it having 5. Also not having spade is nice on river even if it might be issue for turn bet. Sizing wise I could definitely go smaller as well but decided to put max pressure as there is still good amount of busted draws around. But yeah if we have like 97 or 77 we might want to use smaller bet at least without 5.

I could also check turn and use blockers on some rivers but on other hand we get potentially bit more credibility with turn stab and obviously can put more pressure with two barrels.

Seems reasonable move and on the river villain played for stacks. Maybe villain could fold some 2 pair combo's. Otherwise I would just give up with the small showdown value you have.

I don't like turn stab, as you really shouldn't have a strong hand there often. I wouldn't expect that much FE, and on that board there aren't that many blank rivers. Your hand isn't going to improve often, so we are bluffing turn with low FE just to hope that we can bluff the river. In my opinion you should have more equity to make that play.

If you do bet the turn, you have to bet the river though.
