If villain folds a lot on 3bets it could be profitable I think. Otherwise you play a big pot out of position.
Not sure about the lead now villain is the aggressor after the flop action. I would most likely try to keep the pot small with a over pair to the board. Not sure you would check KKxx and AAxx on the flop as well. River is a bold move to try to represent a full house. Than you need to have a decent read on villain.

Just from old school perspective the turn lead is problematic, as it's hard to have balanced range. In reality I think opponent can put you in a tough spot a lot of times if he raises that lead. Opponent will call almost always that small bet, so what is the plan for the river if unimproved?

River is a gem, and shove is mandatory.

What comes to 3bet, in HU it always goes to what kind of opponent we have and how he plays postflop. The hand is not strong enough to be 3bet for value, and we can't really count for FE in HU. The hand will rarely flop anything strong to stack off, so most of the times we have missed the board or we hit a weak hit/draw. Here the board is on the better side of flops for our hand and still we can't cbet. In my opinion, if we start to 3bet these hands we can't be too passive postflop. This hand is nasty as with that 5 and bdfd you have enough to peel the turn as an option.

If opponent raises sets/2pairs, that's still less than a quarter of his range. With cbet we do have enough FE to make instant profit, and it sets up better turn situations for you than check-callin, if opponent calls. The only problem is if opponent raises, then you have to estimate if he has some single pair hands in his semibluffing range or not.
