It's either bet full pot flop, or try for a check/raise out of position multiway. Probably it's bet/shove flop, bet turn. It usually doesn't pay to slow play in PLO, and you can't guarantee a bet behind you. Hopefully you get shoved on by an overpair + FD or worse set:

Make sure you got to a site like ProPokerTools which allows you to test out your equity against different hands on different board textures.

You are out of position against five opponents with a small pair in a raised pot. I think this should probably be folded preflop as well, I don't think there are enough good flops for your hand to warrant playing it out of position multiway.

As for the flop, you should be looking to commit yourself on the flop to the hand. Whilst betting out full pot isn't terrible, I would expect one of your 5 opponents to take a stab at this flop so I don't mind a check raise here (at the very least I would expect someone with hearts to bet at this flop).

Obviously you cannot fold on the turn given how much money your opponent has left, but if he was deeper I think you have to consider check/folding this turn card given your hand is probably face up after betting out into 5 opponents (and the only people calling you on the flop I expect to have a flush draw or a big straight wrap).
