PLO2 paired turn

It of course depends on the opponents massively. Here we see opponent calling down with crappy flush after you lead pot on flop. This should really be just fold on flop (and preflop).

But yeah if we assume opponent to be this bad we can obviously look to get allin. Though still I would prefer to use sizing that would create similar size bets on turn and river. So basically around 30bb or so on turn and river shove. With pot we kinda say if you want to call it's basically allin already. Gets perhaps bit more allin scenarios but probably creates more fe on turn already.

I don't necessarily mind big flop lead as 4way we really look to just lead nut flush or nut flush blocker usually. That said we do get allin with three streets using smaller flop sizing as well. Versus more reasonable opponents I would tend to check turn as I would assume getting allin versus weaker to be almost impossible. If turn goes checked I would look to bet river for smallish sizing. If facing sizable turn bet it would feel like a fold. Especially if flop pot sizing was used.

This hand is great example why in my opinion we should not lead and barrell with A blocker at microstakes.

Key here is to estimate on the turn do we want to play for stacks or not. Potting turn creates situation where we maximize the fold equity for all lower flushes and maximize the value his full houses get. Even if we want to play for stacks, we should bet smaller on the turn and make it harder for him to fold his possible flush. And if he raises our smaller bet, we can make a fold and save $ if we choose to.
