is it reasonable to preflop all-in when he has small amount of money?

limp or raise pot preflop. after he raises, yes... we should aim to get it in.

You should thank your stars for getting your money in preflop with such strong hand. Never slowplay aces if you can get most of the money in, at worst you are coinflipping!
