If the guy is really agressive bet and get it in , potsize bet is definetly too much even if you are planning on bet/calling just because it's hard for him to bluff when you put half your stack in on the flop already.

If he is not agressive enough to check/shove as a bluff a decent amount of the time the bet doesn't achieve anything since you are way ahead or way behind. i'd rather check it back and try to get to showdown. it somehow turns your hand face up as AAxx (that's a big part of the 3bet range anyway) but I doubt he can use that information to exploit you in any way.

as played I'd fold you have so little equity against his range and I don't think he is bluffing often enough.
