hi,
i'd call the BTN's 3b pre, this plays very well 3way imo

I think, you can still call even if UTG 4bets at any stack depth, its not like you are going to be dominated post :)

hi! Fold pre. If it was DS I'd 4 bet for sure: it reduces SPR so position wont matter as much, u are OK vs AA(and AA is not that common since UTG's range is very loose and BTN 3 bet is at least 10% in this spot), and by calling u put yourself in a tough spot coz u will have the worst abs and rel position.(imagine BTN cbetting and u have a pair+ something or a hand that is not strong enough to GII but strong enough to call-and then after this u get raised by UTG)

Hmmm, SB fold. BB I may be tempted. Just because we do have the chance for a 4-bet from BB.
If UTG isn't 4-betting I may call BB.

When you cold call 3bets, you need to make profit with the hand. Where does your profit come with this hand? Range edge? Postflop skill edge? Positional edge? I can't see any of those happening with this hand oop.

UTG is 90%, we have a huge edge. BTN is strong yes but we can play post-flop. i'm not cold-calling 100% but i'd like to be in a pot with UTG.
