It is a perfect rundown but this hand has leaks in nutiness and suiteness. Is it a fold or still a 3bet hand? Calling is not good enough because this hand has no nutiness i think.

I dont think call or 3bet are either bad preflop. Hand doesnt have nuttiness in form of high suit but it does play pretty good in multiway also because of its connectiveness. Definitely too good hand to fold from BU though. Versus early position open I would prefer call and 3bet ds version.

Depends on the villain. 3b a hand like that vs wide range might get us in trouble because they will be holding a lot middling cards which potentially might dominate us. DS is a clear 3b no matter what and we even prefer to 3b a hand like that vs tight range.

Solver does not 3-bet in general when single-suited but this is an easy exploit of weak play in 3bp´s imo. It´s kinda important too that the hand has no gap.

3betting this is old school "isolation 3bet" which often at smaller stakes fails as people cold call 3bets often. As happened here. :)

Also at smaller stakes, like PLO2, the common thing in 3bet pots is that people are very call-happy. Which leads problem with these kinds of hands, where a lot of the value for 3betting comes from being able to bluff on good flops. At PLO2 I would keep my 3bet range a bit stronger.
