it's a call if he's shoving more than >21%.. And I think most players will shove that wide and probably wider.. good players would shove ATC here.. So yea fine call...

hi hlynkinn, im new to stats and SNG Wiz, how did you calculate 21%? what software did you use?

i get 41% not 21% for BU shove in SNG Wiz to make it a call for hero, with BB calling 7%, am i missing something?

The fact is when we reduce a 41% range to 21% range for an unknown we are pretty much only taking the hands away from his range that have nice equity against us like 67s but we keep hands like A5o..
The problem with sng wiz is that it gives you a fixed range for opponents.. you can't select your own ranges.. so a range I would consider 21% for an unknown will be different from the 21% range given by sng wiz..

but yea seems like I did some errors in my first calculations.. we need to give the opponent a range:
23.4%, 22+ Ax+ KTs+ KJo+ QJs
or wider for us to make a profitable call with AQs..

I think unknowns are just more keen on shoving A2o than K9s although K9s would be a slightly better push here

using this with sng wiz and icm explorer is probably the most effective way.. all have their pros and cons..

btw your doing your sng wiz calculations without an edge? you should have the edge at 0.0

and the % bb calls when you fold also affects our decision.. so you might want to change the calling range for BB.. I gave him a ~20% range.. few % there aren't gonna change much tho.. and I think 20% makes sense for an unknown there
