Turn card is disquisting. Tough to get value there. Even against a fish and I would most likely check/fold.

Pf i think you can minraise (Here its not important with KK but i think you have more ev by have onlyminraise/fold and minraise/call/shove range).

Flop as played you can 26-33% bet.
Turn i think a smallbetsize/fold for value, because i think vilain have not so many 9 here, and probably reraise set flop, off course vilain have a lot of set just called, but also overpair if you check its hard to call.

Assuming he has a Vpip of 50:
I think this is fine.
He will have hands like TT, Pair with ace kicker or even JT often enough to make this profitable. Of course we are not really happy when called on the turn.
If he is spewy/aggro we might want to think about checking to induce.
