Bu is a reg who opens decent amount of hands on bubble, so his range won't be AQ+, TT here. SB is unknown.
I personally like a shove if BU is opening wide enough and if SB is obviously not a station nit who just likes to call an open w AQ pre w 12bbs. If SB is adequate he could easily be inducing a squeeze.

fold for me, BU has a huge stack and facing a squeeze he could call us lighter with something like 66+ AT, also I think that SB call/folding range should not be super wide.. he will call our push with most of his coldcalling range
In addition also a call isn't too bad if BU is " bluffing " max 1 street, otherwise we should fold
