Seems well played like this. Sometimes you could fold the flop already if villian Cbets with a tight range.

I would put in a continuation bet of half the pot on the flop.

Against a 5x iso a 3bet will be tricky. If you make it to the around 450 you play often for stacks on the flop and I don't think you want to call a 4bet shove with AQo.

I see. I expect you know there is a limper in the hand as well. That makes villains range tighter. Now you change AQo in to a bluff.
