1 fold, Hero raises to 600, 1 fold, BB calls 400

Flop: 5♥ Q♦ Q♠ (1,300, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: 4♣ (1,300, 2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets 600, BB calls 600

River: 6♥ (2,500, 2 players)
BB bets 1,200, Hero folds

Final Pot: 2,500

I couldnt push preflop due to the SB stack size. The BB was a bit loose and was betting any flop but they then checked on flop which made me think they could have a monster and was slowplaying. Decided to bet on turn to get information (should've bet 800 or 900) and then folded to the river bet. It felt too dangerous to call...... Should I have just called on the river instead of folding? Calling the river bet makes me a short stack....

If you want to go to showdown, just check turn and call river. I really think that river bet is a bluff or he hit his straight/set, because he checked 2 first streets.

Fun thing is that you can also push KK here profitably, of course that may not be the most +EV thing you can do.

Anssi do you mean pushing river is +ev?

Also how do you calc this, do you use ICM Nash Calculator?
never heard of that program before.

No, I mean it would be +EV (also +$EV) to push preflop :). Of course, that is very likely less profitable than just making standard raise. Nonetheless, pf all-in would be profitable too.

Just enter the blinds last, so they will be on correct players.

So in this case since I'm thinking i'm probably beat due to the unusual checking by the BB (he was betting virtually every flop) I should check behind on the turn and call his river bet? I get to see a cheap ish showdown.... thanks for the tip!

I like flop and turn (although I'd bet like 700-800 for value on the turn)

On the river I snapfistpump call. If the poker room you play at doesn't have this option, just click call.
